Yesil joined EDAM as a Research Assistant in January 2016. She received her BSc. in Sociology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2012. With almost two years of work experience, accumulated in the realms of corruption and internationally-funded development projects (mainly European Union tenders), Yesil returned back to the LSE in October 2014. She completed her MSc. in Development Management, to examine the political and economic causes of development and non-development. Her dissertation focused on the relationship between corruption and foreign direct investment.
